The valley is the training area for a variety of high-level sports, the winter sports destination and even one of the most significant summer destinations in entire Armenia. The forest was used as the hunting area in previous Arshakuni dynasty. There is a five-level ropeway which is the best ropeway in the entire Caucasus region and provides the best view of the Lake Sevan and its surroundings.
