Kazakhstan is the world’s largest landlocked country as well as the 9th largest country. The mineral-rich country shares a boundary from Caspian sea in the west towards the Altai mountain to east and China as well as Russia.

Kazakhstan or The Republic of Kazakhstan introduce e Visa (online/electronic visa) for single entry from 1 January 2019 for a foreign citizen.

Documents required for Kazakhstan e Visa?

1) Scan copy of front & back of passport.
2) LOI number from inviting company (Travels Mantra).
3) Scan copy of passport size photo (White Background).
4) Valid passport 6 months, by the date of travel.
5) Occupation Detail.

Key Points to Kazakhstan e Visa:

• After recieving the valid invitation from Kazkhstani side, the e Visa for business, tourist and for medical treatment could be issued after the consideration of Ministry of Interior by the migration service units established process.
• Entry and Exit the territory of Kazakhstan by foreigners only be possible if utilizing a legitimate e visa procedure and just through the checkpoints of universal air terminals of Almaty and Astana.
• The electronic visa is valid only for the recipient of the visa and does not apply to accompany persons.
• Paid fees for counseling is non-refundable.

The recipient should follow the below criteria to meet the Kazakhstan visa requirement:

1. The applicant of visa should not cause any doubts in the authenticity of credentials and belong and also its owner.
2. Should have marks of extension, reservations, notes, erasures and corrections, torn or unsewn pages.
3. At least 2 blank pages should have in the passport.
4. The expiry date of the passport should no more than 3 months from the visa requested date.

The migration authorities be informed about the arrival of foreigners within 3 working days by the Kazakh inviting side (this service is available online at the Visa and Migration Portal).

Step-By-Step e Visa Issuance Process:

(i) You should register on Visa & Migration portal to obtain the Kazakhstan e Visa.

(ii) After being registered, learn what are the required credential and terms & conditions to apply for Kazakhstan e visa.

(iv) After form submisstion pay the consulation fees.

(iii) Letter of invitation is a must, needed to enter the valid invitation number and then process further for form application.

(v) E Visa be sent through e-mail (e-mail provided when filled the form)

(vi) Print a copy of e Visa, must require when passing through Astana and Almaty airport control.
