Located in the vicinity of the city center, it houses an auditorium, museum and a gallery hall which serves as a platform for the intellectual life of the city. The center got all the fame when it was featured in a television documentary called Extreme Engineering which airs on Science Channel and Discovery Channel. This center has played a pivotal role in the holistic development of Baku.
